Jacob was the easiest baby and his new brother Ross is proving to have his own personality as to not confuse anyone. Along with being an easy baby my pregnancy with Jacob was easy peasy. Ross on the other hand is proving to be the hellion I predicted. You see, when Jacob came home and was such an easy going guy I told Joel, "The next child we have one is going to be a difficult one."
Boy is Ross proving me right. He is one active boy, loving to kick and roll. I have three months to go and I am wondering how I will make it. I am so tired. My belly is so heavy. Additionally, my inability to work out at the start of this pregnancy has led to an out of shape Joy, which is never a happy Joy. I am hoping Doc will allow me to begin some very light walking soon, I can't even go into a store for more than 10 minutes before I am in need of sitting with my feet up- sheesh!
How bad will I be when he quadruples his weight? The book I read last week said Ross is about 2lbs. I am wondering if maybe the doc got the date wrong!!! He says he will be ecstatic if Ross remains in place until June(keep in mind I am due July 13th). If all goes Perfectly Ross will be removed from my belly on July 1st, but considering my history with Jake, coming at 32 weeks and all, we know that anything can happen at anytime.
We are excited to meet him but are patient for him arrive... we still have lots to do before he shows his face anyways. Gram needs to come put her touch on the nursery, daddy Joel needs to chop down some trees and prep for Papa's construction projects. And mommy needs to remember to feed the little monster. Yes, that's right, I refer to my boy as "mommy's little monster." "Handsome devil" was already deemed by handsome nephew Ryan. And to tell the truth this one is going to be live wire challenging all my experience.
