The Setting; At home, on the couches watching/listening to the Cubs vs. Dodgers game.
The Characters; Joel, the sports enthusiast husband- whom thinks he has a great sense of humor.
and Joylynn, me. The fiesty, loud, smirky wife- whom does Know she has a fabulous singing voice.
Finally, the dialogue.
Joylynn, aka Me: AhhhhhhAhAHHHHH... ah ha ahhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!! (singing as if she is Arial the Little Mermaid- beautifully). Then she does it- her volume level triples startling the house. Why? Because I, I mean, she feels like it. She is in a rambunctious mood. Then the sheer volume is not enough she begins to Purposefully crack her voice. She is now singing as though she is Anastacia or Drizella from Cinderella. Finally her line,
"If Cinderella is ever done on Broadway I could totally be cast as Anastacia or Drizella. Because not only could I be that mean but I am also BEAUTIFUL, AND I can sing so it sounds like I am trying to hit the notes but just can't."
Joel, "Or you could actually try to hit the notes! Haha I am so funny."
I think I need a new husband.
