Here I sit after checking my barrage of emails, face covered in tear residue, pretty relaxed considering many things that should be one way(in my opinion) are totally not working out correctly! And yet my bloodpressure hasn't risen a bit. Why? Because my big guy( I can't call him my lil guy- Jacob will forever claim that one, as well as my lil cuddle bug) is nudging me reminding me of his ever presence. He loves to make sure that I know his comfort should be my highest priority.
Meanwhile, my pups are hoping they rank high enough on my priority list to get their needs filled. The Smithers is knocking on the back door ever few minutes in an attempt to get me to get up from my comfy spot so he can come in- not gunna happen until I am hungry enough to get some dinner. Jack screams when Smithers knocks, and I yell at Jack to hush it! Scout and the ladies are peacefully laying on the couch waiting for mama to feed them and yet here I sit typing.
Because Sofia calls Ross, Rossy on occasion, I have taken to calling him my Rossy Poo(no comments on that one please). Tomorrow morning we have a scheduled sonogram and thus begins the post Jacob drama! A bunch of hoop jumping just because Ross' brother was always in a hurry. From now on it will be a NST (Non Stress Test); and the following week will be a BPP(BioPhysicalProfile) basically an indepth sono gram. Not to mention now I get to see the ob every two weeks. WooHoo! Doc appointments all around! Seems like Ross is developing into a part-time job that will be costing me, rather than paying me(well at least financially).
Joel and I are SO looking forward to another addition. I am quite certain that this child will have all the opinions of his parents combined, AND his mothers habits for expressing his displeasure. Boy am I in for a challenge! At 26 weeks, he was kicking so hard that my hand would be propelled off my belly- how strong will he be in several weeks from now. I am affraid he will be able to kick a hole right through!
