Four = Too Many; Five = Hilarity! or better yet, Insanity.

Last week while my lovely friend Erin was visiting, I found a stray yellow lab. Later we learned her name is MapleAnne. After walking her in hopes she would lead us to her home, we ended back at our house. We couldn't leave her out in the cold, so she happily slept on our bed along with our other Fur Babies. In the morning Erin and I walked her again in hopes she would lead us to her home. And yet again, no luck.

For those of you who do not know, you can take a stray to a local vet and ask them to scan the pet for a micro chip. If you are a pet owner- please spay/nueter your pet AND get it micro chipped(be sure to register the chip)!

Back to MapleAnne. After having no luck with my neighbors I decided to drive MapleAnne to my vets office and see if she was chipped- no she isn't. The vets office called the Animal Shelter and we all learned that her owners were looking for her. And indeed they wanted her back. Later that afternoon we returned her, just a few doors down- go figure!

This morning I was rudely awakened(Thank you Snickers!!!) to my lil wienie doggie alerting us that there was something going on that she did NOT approve of.

MapleAnne. She was sitting on our front porch- happily.
Aparently she had a great time last week and was in need of another play date.
