My mother process through her writing, here is her first gift to us...
Dear Daddy, I know
you miss me so.
And Mommy, I know
you love me so.
Please don’t be sad
‘cause I am so glad
God gave you me
as your first baby.
When I left your side,
Jesus took me inside
a beautiful place
and I touched His face.
Skittles says “Hi.”
So please don’t cry,
Cause we’re havin’ fun
Rompin’ in the sun.
I LUV U

What a beautiful poem. I am so sorry for your loss. You don't know me, but I found your blog through Lilly's parent's blog. I will be praying for you and your family. My thoughts will be with you.

Your loss is too great to comprehend. I hope this brings you a small amount of peace. Please know you are in our prayers.

Isaiah 55:8, "'For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,' declares the Lord."

My heart is so heavy for you today. If only we could all take a tiny tiny bit of your pain on ourselves. I don't know if we can, but I do know that "He bore all our griefs and our sorrows." We are praying for you. There are no words except to say that in a little while we will all be with Jesus and He will wipe every tear from our eyes. I pray constantly for your comfort.

That is so sweet!

Still praying for you guys during this unimaginable time. Praying that you continue to get strength from Him.

I smile when I see sweet Jacob's picture! What an Angel!

I found your blog through Lilly's parents (also). I am so sorry for your loss--your son was beautiful--and your time with him was a precious gift from God--God Bless You in these difficult times.

May all of the tears being shed for you, wash away just an ounce of the pain you are feeling. Maybe combined, it can help to bring you peace.

My prayers are with you and your family!

Dear Marlowes,
You don't know me but, I'm Becky Zwicker's mother. She and her husband David used to live in Tustin, CA.
She had told me about the home-going of your sweet little boy Jacob. I felt so touched by your story, and this poem, that I wanted to write you and give you my condolences. May the Lord wrap His loving arms around you both and give you His strength and peace for each day ahead. (The Lord holds your tears in His bottle). My husband and I will have you all in our prayers.
