Us, all about us. Well we started off with a bang! Our marriage that is. Wooh that pan hit the wall hard, I think it may have even broke. Oops! After much therapy we have made it four long years(almost).
We are obviously expecting our first child to arrive sometime early May. They tell us it is a boy, but as my mother reassures me, "you cannot be positive until it is here and you see it with your own eyes." Assuming it is a he, he will be called Jacob. Middle name will be odd to most of you but frankly my Grandfather and Uncle need to be remembered- Niels. Yes I am sure that is how it is spelled, question me as much as you like- I will only become irritable and laugh at you! ;0)
We are lucky because the new arrival has put into place my parents driving from Cali all the way here to come for a lengthy visit. The longer the better I say.
We are fun people- at least we think so. We love to play games, eat and socialize. And I love to have people over, want to come??? We welcome new friendships. And our great friends in Cali we sorely miss. (I want to convince them all to move here but I know that I must hold my tounge.)
Tata for now, I have to get ready for my day- it is already 2:15pm and I am still in jammies! Off to work I go!

Let me be the first to comment on your blog. Yay, I am so happy you have one! You granted my first request. Will you grant my second? We want a big belly picture!
As to little Jacob (nice name), is his middle name to be pronounced "niles" or "neels?"
Promise me you will keep this blog up as I am about to link you to our blog!
Okay Okay, My pushy girl! So I need an official pic of the beautiful Talia, one I can frame and put up.
You do know that your request for the blog was the ONLY request for one. My need to please! ;0)
Love Ya'll!
PS Niels is pronounced Neels.
I was hoping to put something together for Valentine's Day(in the way of a Talia picture) since I sent neither announcements nor Christmas cards. We'll see!
I think your (large and distant) family will appreciate your blog. Mine sure does. Which of course I credit to the appeal factor of Talia pictures rather than the creativity or talent of its writer.
Niels is logical: "i" before "e", except after "c", when the sound is "E."
